Chicago Great Western Railway DS4-4-1000 40 in Chicago, Illinois on August 20, 1966, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Number 40 was built in July 1949 (c/n 74231) it became C&NW 40 in July 1968 and was retired and traded to EMD in January 1969.
