Union Pacific's West Elk Mine(Grand Junction,CO)-Los Angeles,CA Coal Train passes by milepost 747 on UP's Provo Subdivision (Now Sharp Sub) between Provo and Lynndyl. This location is the sight of housing projects. The fourth locomotive is a now retired GE C30-7.
