Australia's Commonwealth Railway acquired 11 GM-class diesels from GM-Clyde in 1951-52; based on the US F7 design, it carried a 16-567 engine and produced 1500hp on A1A-A1A trucks. GM2 is on display at the National Railway Museum at Port Adelaide. |
