| Nice view of the former Pennsylvania interlocking tower for the PRR/Monon crossing now under Conrail control.The double track in front of the tower is the former PRR trackage which fell into CR contraol. A small section of the Monon trackage can be seen in the right side of the photo. Hoosier rail fan Dick Berry took this photo of the Conrail/Monon tower before the Monon trackage was pulled up. The photo comes from his original negative now in my collection. |
