PRR 6511, GF-25A, 1967         
Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide by an unidentified photographer that was taken at MOUNDS Tower near Moundsville, Ohio, in June of 1967. Shown here (L to R) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6511 and another unit whose road number is not recorded. #6511 is a GF-25A built by General Electric in December of 1965 and rated at 2,500 horsepower. The PRR's tracks intersect those of the New York Central at this location. Wave to the Fireman!
