Brand new Hyundai Rotem car #214 has only been in service for less than a week and a half and has already been through the worst storm to hit Southern California in more than a decade. The new cars feature Crash Energy Management (CEM) technology which absorbs the energy of a crash, protecting the passengers and crew. The train heads for Los Angeles on the first rain-free day since last Thursday. |
