| Ozark Valley GP7U sits on the line just north of Auxvasse on a bright Saturday morning. The road has only recently started working the line south of Mexico and is currently using it to store STSX tank cars. The portion beyond Auxvasse to Fulton remains out of service although neatly stacked piles of new ties at Auxvasse would seem to suggest better things are ahead. This unit (1362) would be 'trapped' at this location on the wrong end of a non-moving train south of Mexico through the summer of 2011, when it was sent off to an associated line in South Dakota. |
