| NORMAN OK June 1984 -- This undated photo shows Santa Fe GP50 3817 and lots of power leading a piggyback train east (compass north) as it approaches the downtown station. EMD built the 3817 in early 1981 as a Locotrol receiver. Upon the BN ATSF merger it was relettered and renumbered to BNSF 3170. (Date approximate, roster information from atsfrr.net) |
