A Genesee & Wyoming of Australia stone train runs south near Dry Creek on a Sunday afternoon. This is broad gauge territory (it even says so on the pilot); the tracks at the far left are standard gauge. Power is a pair of Australian-built Goodwin-Alcos- 700-class 704 (one of only five in service) and 830-class 841. |
