Ya know, the kind like the Q had on their diesels that said "E 5" or "SD 9". So he had to improvise. This car was following C&O 614 the day I was chasing, and is seen in Huntington near the yard. I cant really fault the guy though-for a number of years I had a New York plate, "DDA40X". Its displayed in my office nowadays. |
