UP 659 still has the old style (ex-MoPac?) lettering on the conductor's side, plus an open door or two, as it works in the UP yards at Jefferson City, MO on 7-19-2014. Note the angled or beveled air filter box, and the plain hood, indicating this unit doesn't have dynamic brakes. |
