Dennis Fulton General The 3302 was qwned by RailRoad Passenger Cars, Inc. at the time this photo was taken. It had been repainted into a B&O RR scheme and so lettered (although this would not have been the extended style lettering utilized on most B&O RR passenger equipment) 1/25/2018 12:36:54 AM
