By the 1990s, the U34s were getting old, and NJ Transit had been taking deliveries on a variety of new and rebuilt EMDs for several years. The GEs were not long for the world. It was good to see one in an EL stronghold. I wonder if Conrail wants to borrow a couple to run DABU to Buffalo?? |
