It helps contain drips, leaks, and accidents being parked routinely this close to a major salmon migration river in the Pacific Northwest... if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, drones on-and-on about their seventeen different uniform styles and colors (and how great they were - several years ago)... its probably a duck.) on bridge protection duty idling softly in front of the Vancouver Amtrak Station. |
