Eastbound train 615 at MPC 1 (Mile 1) where ownership of the rail line transfers from CSX to W&LE. That is what the orange sign refers to. When this train enters CSX territory it takes on train number Z564-27. This SD40-2 was acquired by W&LE in 2014 and is former MJRX 6967/BNSF 6967/BNSF 7307/CN SD40 5031 built in January 1968.
