| The weather in the Tier was quite changeable, and could go from sunny and bright to dismal in an instant. Today was one of those days. After a somewhat sunny shot at Endicott, I now have to contend with the ever present gloom at Endwell. The color is still holding up a little as 40T rolls east along the George F Highway. |
