In tow behind is the LHB88 23, a daily local than runs between Galveston Island and UP's Englewood Yard in Houston with a pick-up from refineries at Texas City. Today's train consists of 3 boxcars and 3 hoppers from Galveston and a cut of about 80 tank cars from Texas City. |
