| WIL-ALT-64. Here is an original photo that I took while riding in a Pennsylvania Railroad passenger train from Harrisburg to Altoona on 03 July 1964. Shown here (F to R) are PRR engine #9730 and an another unit whose number is not recorded. #9730 is a BF-16 built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1951 and rated at 1,600 horsepower. They are pulling a westbound mixed-cargo freight train near Mount Union, Pennsylvania. |
