| WIL-ALT-65. Here is an original photo that I took while riding in a Pennsylvania Railroad passenger train from Harrisburg to Altoona during August of 1965. Shown here (F to R) are PRR engine #7126 and another unit whose number is not recorded. #7126 is an EFS-17M built by EMD in 1957 and rated at 1,750 horsepower. They are pulling a eaptbound mixed-cargo freight train near Bellwood, Pennsylvania. Both trains are moving at around 60 miles per hour. Zoom-Zoom! |
