Not Ronald Reagans thousand points of light, just three from the Pennsy position light signal immediately west of the Little Neck Parkway crossing on the Port Washington Branch. The amber lights cut through the gloom of a late season snow quite effectively, demonstrating the wisdom of using such hardware for a critical safety function. |
