New motive power for the Delmarva area!         
Making my usual rounds about the airport to check out the DCLR I was quite surprised to find 9 AVR/SWP units parked on a siding in the woods. Turns out the paper work has been filed for the company Carloads Express to lease the tracks from Norfolk Southern under the name of Delmarva Central Railroad. Looks like some new color will be coming to our area! Luckily I caught all 9 locomotives awaiting work!
