IDTX 4604 - Chicago IL - 09/26/17         
A pair of Illinois Department of Transportation SC-44 Charger locomotives, IDTX 4604 and 4611, sit in the Amtrak Locomotive Shop on September 26, 2017. These new locomotives are still being broken-in, running behind Amtrak P42DC locomotives on trains in Illinois and Wisconsin. (Photographed on railroad property with permission and full PPE.)
