| NREX 115 is seen shrink wrapped in transit in the consist of CSX Q409-30 at Elsmere, DE. According to the waybill taped in the stepwell, the unit was enroute to Boke Trading in Wilmington, NC and I'm guessing maybe for export. I'm unsure of the lineage of the unit. |
