| The locomotive set of the Horicon to Oshkosh turn runs east through a clearing at the end of Global parkway. The WSOR works the industrial park on the west side of Oshkosh along the former Milwaukee Road right of way. A snowstorm of wet and heavy snow is making the job a little more difficult. |
