CN 4-6-2 #5609 - Canadian National         
Sitting next to the streamlined 4-8-4 CN 6402, this 4-6-2 Pacific #5609 looks old in comparison. Built by the Grand Trunk Rwy shops in December of 1920 as GTR #288, the loco was transferred to Canadian National in 1938 and renumbered 5609. The loco succumbed to the scrapper's torch in February of 1960. Serial #1501. H. L. Goldsmith photo
