CN 2-10-2 #4306 - Canadian National         
Definitely looks like this Canadian Locomotive Company 2-10-2 is now sitting in a storage/scrap line. Built in June of 1929, it served well for 29 years until official retirement in June of 1958. No photographer was listed.
