| Nickel Plate Road 2-8-2 Mikado #669 sits on a siding at the Frankfort roundhouse yard in this late date of 1963, possibly sitting in a storage/scrap line at this time in its life. Built by Lima in June of 1924 (serial #6860, H-6f class), it lasted to nearly the end of steam in Indiana. The photographer's name was too faint and smeared to read. |
