Elmira. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by Nelson Bowers that was taken in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, on 10 November 1956. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1273, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during August of 1913 and retired in December of 1957 after 44 years of faithful service.
