Power is in abundance at the Murfreesboro Depot on this hot August afternoon. A trio of six axles motors are tied down on the "Brick Track" across from the depot (the track takes its name from the brickyard that it used to serve). These are most likely power for the daily turn that runs between here and Radnor Yard in Nashville. The four axle power tied down on the old piggyback track in the distance is more than likely used for working industries in Murfreesboro proper. |
