Interesting pair of snow fighting equipment was captured by Eric Berg sitting in the Breckenridge yard. The yellow unit is a Jordan spreader while the red unit is a snow plow, more specifically a Bros snow cutter. According to the RRPA databse, it is listed as nee-GN X1500 and ex-BN 972560. However it should be listed as BN 972556 instead. This is actually a show cutter/blower rather than a snow plow that would chew through mounds of snow and push them to the sides with the extended "Jordan" type spreader wings seen here in yellow. |
