25K usually is 12 hours earlier than this under cover of darkness. Hurricane Floyd has the east coast in a mess and the Tier is no different. Signal trouble east of here reduced their progress to a crawl. At the 68 signal around the corner out of sight they finally got a clear indication and are hustling to get up to track speed. |
