Here's one of the new Safetran Systems Crossing Signals that KCS has recently put up. You'll notice the bracket for the gate in wind is now a curved piece of tube metal. They finally figured out how to keep the gate in the bracket when the wind is blowing and the crossing arms are going up. We spent an over an hour at the tracks today and didn't see anything. |
