Judging by this incident the answer would be a definite NO. At the CSX Kennedy Ave. crossing just west of Calumet Junction. #5242's eastbound coal freight was less than 100 feet from the crossing and approaching at around 50mph when this moron decided to drive around the gates - and at a leisurely pace, too[!]. |
