Description:  Tilcon's Wallingford Quarry borders New Haven and Middlesex counties. The spur into Tilcon is located in Middlesex county. The Rear engines of the train are on the main, the track in the foreground lead into Tilcon. The train stops here to spot empties, and when the train returns from Middletown, they stop again to pull the loads. Look at Mapquest, Wallingford Rd. aerial view for a great look at the facility.
